• Recruitment Retreat on Sunday at 12-2pm

• Polish Week: January 13-17
• Caroling for Kids on December 9 (Wednesday) from 6:30-7:30pm (meet at the house around 6:15)
• Adelphian Concert in Kilworth on Saturday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 2:00 Come support Marissa, Robyn, and Emily! (Tickets at the Info Center)

• Formal THIS FRIDAY
• Be at the house NO LATER THAN 7:15pm
• Bring ID if you or your date is 21 or older
• For wristbands (21 and older): Seniors – find Jessica, Hannah Horsfall, or Carrie, Juniors/Sophomores – find Natasha, Savannah, or Katherine

Monday Chapter 11/30

Remember you must attend chapter on Monday if you plan on going to formal (Friday the 4th).

If you have not told Laura who you are taking to Formal, you have until Tuesday December 1st to do so.

Leadership Opportunities:

• Theta: Fondue Night on Tuesday from 7:30-8:30pm
• Sigma Chi: Carmel Apples and Elf on Friday at 5pm
• Beta Serenades will be Tuesday night during our function with Theta at 8:30pm

• Recruitment Retreat on December 6 from 12-2pm

• Email Laura McQuay for date information for Formal by December 1st
• Look for an email from Ela with the point form – due Monday (23rd) at 6:30pm

Alpha Phi-fa, Ice Age, and more...

Alpha Phi-fa Shirts will be available in Emily Strichartz's room (204) on Friday at 5PM.
Please pay when you pick up your shirt. ($22- Checks to Alpha Phi- Gamma Zeta)

Contact Jess Scarcella to table tonight or tomorrow(all day!) for Alpha Phi-fa.

On Sunday, please wear your Alpha Phi-fa shirt or your letters!


Head over to Sigma Chi tonight at 9pm and help them make snow flakes for Ice Age! :)

You have until Monday to tell Laura if you want a Formal shirt!

Buy tickets for Phi Delta Theta's waffle-off. $5 for all you can eat waffles! They are tabling in the SUB with us!

• Alpha Phi-fa is THIS SUNDAY! Be at Todd Field no later than 11:45am!

• G Phi Turkey Bowl on November 22 (Donations go to the Food Salvage)
• Sign up Monday, Wednesday, or Friday in the SUB
• Teams of 8 - $5 if you donate 2 cans of food, $7 without
  

• Relay for Life Kick off on Wednesday from 5-7pm in the Rotunda

• Winter Clothing Drive (Pick up – December 5)
• Donate anything warm – gloves, hats, blankets, scarves, etc…
  

• Alpha Phi Blood Drive – Signs up are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Sign up for Hunger Week!

• Formal t-shirts have been finalized. Look for an email from Laura to order your size

• Congratulations Soccer Girls! Good luck this weekend!

• Spirit Paddle Winners - Marissa and Robyn!
• Congratulations on a great performance at Opera Scenes! (not Opera Sings, sorry about the last Bear Facts misprint, Ladies)

Orders for formal shirts need to be to Laura (lmcquay@pugetsound.edu) by Monday November 15.

Check your email for a link to the website. They will be between 19 and 15 depending on how many girls order them.
